First 5 Marin is committed to serving children and families in Marin County through equitable and inclusive community engagement. Through our actions, we aim to combat the harm that historically racist practices have inflicted on communities of color in Marin County.
We provide strategic investments, policy leadership and community partnerships to support families and empower all children to reach their true potential.
The First 5 Marin Children and Families Commission usually meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Our meetings are open to the public and we invite you to attend. To get more information on upcoming meetings, please email Michelle@First5Marin.org.
Visit First 5 Marin on Facebook for parenting info, health and learning tips, child and family news—plus cute kid pictures and videos!
Every month our forum offers important public policy presentations on issues important to families, caregivers, community service providers and Marin County residents. These are interactive events, currently online, and always free to the public.
